| MEETING ROOMS | There are two meeting rooms that can be reserved for public use. The rooms can be reserved on a first come, first serve using the Meeting Room Reservation Form. All meetings must be concluded 15 minutes before the Library closes for the day. Please review our Meeting Room Use Policy for full details. The reservation form may be faxed, mailed or dropped off at the Adult Circulation Desk. The Friends' Room is on the second floor of the Library and is not handicapped accessible.The room is approximately 30'x40' with 4 tables and chairs that can be arranged. There is an easel with white board and tablet paper. There are 6 large arched windows that do not have shades or curtains to darken the room. This room is not air conditioned.
The Carnegie Meeting Room is located on an upper floor and is not handicapped accessible. This room is approximately 30' x 40' with an arched ceiling and a stage at one end. This room has windows with shades that can be drawn and is ideal for movies and PowerPoint presentations. |
